Lex Nepomuceno

Lex has been a communications and marketing professional for over 25 years. He has also co-founded several companies, including two successful restaurant chains.

Having served as Vice President of Communications for the Association of Washington Business for seven years, Lex spearheaded many cutting edge communications and technology initiatives that helped grow Washington state’s largest business association to almost double its size. Lex was then recruited to become the CMO/CTO for Garlic Jim’s Franchise International during the franchise’s most prosperous years, growing the store count from 4 to 58 in less than 4 years. He currently serves as Department Head of Communications and Technology for the Washington Hospitality Association, where he facilitated a major re-branding effort after the merger between the restaurant and lodging industries. Lex leads an award-winning Communications Team that has received several top honors from the PRSA and other authorities.

I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to Victories By Association podcast herein. I agree that during the course of the interview I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold the Victories By Association podcast harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
